    NOTE: DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THIS HOME BEING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY ON LAND, PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE HOME. WE RECOMMEND YOU DRIVE TO THE FENCED AREA OF THE NURSERY FIRST TO MAKE SURE THE LOCATION IS GOOD FOR YOU (SEE DIRECTIONS BELOW). HOWEVER, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT DRIVE ONTO THE PROPERTY UNTIL AN APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER. THERE IS ENOUGH INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE, BY DRIVING TO THE FENCED LOCATION, AND BY VIEWING THE HOME VIA ONLINE APPLICATIONS (LIKE ZILLOW, GOOGLE EARTH, ETC.), TO MAKE A DECISION TO SUBMIT A NO COST, OR OBLIGATION, APPLICATION. WE WILL THEN MOVE FORWARD SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE HOME. WHEN VIEWING THE HOME FROM AERIAL VIEW, THERE IS ONE DRIVEWAY THAT FORKS LEFT AND RIGHT.     SPECIFIC PROPERTY RENTAL CRITERIA/NOTES:

    1. Landscaping: Tenant(s) are responsible to keep the property grounds within 50 feet of the home clean of debris, trash and weeds. Please keep maintained in a neat and tidy condition. 

    2. NO PETS.

    3. Credit scores to be 650 or higher (At least one applicant must meet this criteria). If credit scores for other applicants are in the 649 to 600 range then this is the “conditional range.” This means that as long as all other Rental Criteria is met (see Rental Criteria), then the required security deposit will be equal to 1-1/2 times the rental rate if the credit score is in the 600 to 649 range. If the credit score is below the “conditional range” the application will be rejected. Please see the Rental Process page for Co-Signer criteria.

    4. Trash Service and propane gas at Tenant's Expense. Propane tank is full, so upon vacating the home the Tenants are responsible to fill the tank, which is 80%.

    5. Refrigerator included. Refrigerator is a courtesy and will not be maintained by the Landlord. For questions regarding any repairs will need to be discussed with the Management Company. 

    6. INTERNET: Due to being in a remote area, Starlink Internet seems to be an option that we know of for service. Tenant(s) to do their own research and can purchase a unit and take it with them. This a recommendation only, tenant can purchase any internet of their choice. NOTE: NO Installation is allowed on the home/structure without approval (home has a new roof).

    7.  This is a shared property. This is why there are A, B, C & D homes with the 3823 address. The 3823 "Home A" is the driveway on the left and Homes B, C & D are the driveway to the right. Tenants are ONLY allowed to use the home, parking area and responsible for the area within 50 feet of the home. There is NO other usage of the property.

    8. The driveway is shared and parking for homes B, C, & D is shared. There is no designated parking except for the parking spot area in front of home B.  Please keep the asphalt driveway/parking area clean and clear for vehicles ONLY. Thank You. 

    9. No other outside storage is allowed. All stored items must be within the home. 

    10. Rental will be month-to-month due to the potential of power and water meters separating each unit where tenants will pay their own water and power (along with propane and trash). This would be a Notice of Change in Terms of Tenancy when that times comes (a 30 day notice of change).  For now power and water are included in the rent. Please be sparing with usage in order to keep rates down. Thank You!
