If credit scores for other applicants are in the 649 to 575 range then this is the “conditional range.” This means that as long as all other Rental Criteria is met (see Rental Criteria), then the required security deposit will be equal to 1-1/2 times the rental rate if the credit score is in the 610 to 649 range, or 2 times the rental rate if in the 609 to 575 range. If the credit score is below the “conditional range” the application will be rejected. Please see the Rental Process page for Co-Signer criteria.

4. Washer and Dryer hookups available in the main home garage across the breezeway from the Casita. If a washer and dryer are needed, this can be discussed with the Management Company.
